Yoga in the Park

You are invited to join in on this exciting yoga journey, fostering connections with others and embracing the myriad benefits of yoga. Yoga mats will not be provided. Children are allowed but must be accompanied by an adult. Classes will be held once a week on Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m. at the Calvert City Civic Center. There is no charge.

Off Limits: Standard MLF5 off-limits apply, plus the entire inside of Moors Marina.
Fishing License: Anglers can fish with either a Kentucky or Tennessee fishing license from Egner's Ferry Bridge (U.S. Hwy 68/80 in Kentucky) south to the Gov. Ned McWherter Bridge (U.S. Hwy 79 in Tennessee), including all embayments except Blood River in Kentucky.
Catch Limit: 5
Size Limit: 15-inch largemouth and smallmouth, 12-inch spotted bass.

Calvert City is one of the best little towns to visit during Halloween. Residents travel by golf cart, car, hayride, or bike to the many stops on October 31st. The City of Calvert City is urging residents to keep a lookout for little goblins, especially around Halloween. The Calvert City Treat Trail is scheduled for October 31st with a curfew of 9pm.

Hop on the Moneymaker Trail during Thanksgiving week and crank out this fun challenge by running, biking, or walking on a full belly! Beginning November 22nd, the Moneymaker Trail will be marked off with a start line and finish line for a 1.5-mile trail. Ride it, walk it, or run it as many times as you'd like during November 22nd-30th, and mark your time down on the leaderboard (there will be better markers this year). This friendly competition is a way to get out and get active during the Thanksgiving holiday!
