Calling all Girl Scouts and Girl Scout leaders! Bring the whole troop (or just your own kids) to the Nature Station for a full day of activities and programs focused on this year's theme: Wonders of Nature! Discover incredible insects, tremendous trees, backyard bird identification, and more through hands-on activities and programs led by Nature Station naturalists and volunteers!
Girl Scouts will work toward a badge from their respective levels (badges not provided). This year's badges are Design with Nature (Daisies), Bugs (Brownies), Animal Habitats (Juniors), and Trees (Cadettes).
Girl Scout Day activities are included with regular NS admission ($7 for ages 16 and over, and free for ages 15 and under). We recommend planning at least a 2-3 hour visit to do all the activities. A full schedule of events will be released by March 1st, so be sure to plan your visit accordingly! No registration required. Call 270-924-2299 for more information.
