A weekend of bluegrass, country, and community is coming to Kentucky Lake! Join us for Pickin’ On A Soldier’s Heart 2025, a benefit music festival supporting veterans through A Soldier’s Heart Bluegrass & Muddy Waters.

Enjoy three days of live performances by regional and veteran musicians, plus arts & crafts vendors, food trucks, and a lively beer garden—all set against the scenic backdrop of legendary Kentucky Lake at Kenlake State Resort Park.

What to Expect

Pickin’ On A Soldier’s Heart isn’t just a festival—it’s a mission. Proceeds directly fund healing retreats for veterans, giving them the space and support to overcome service-related challenges like PTSD and MST.

Festival highlights include:
